HDP Series Double-Drive Hot Forging Press

The HDP Series from HFM is a double-drive hot forging press range manufactured in Korea for CVJ, link, spindle and shaft forging.

Tie rods reinforce the rigid, integral frame to minimize elongation under load. Presses above 2,500 tons use a two-point pitman structure to help maintain accuracy under eccentric loads in multi-stage forging.

A high-precision slide and eight-surface adjustable guide gibs provide front-to-back and side-to-side guidance. The main and pinion gears of the double-drive system are designed to enhance torque capacity and energy efficiency. Available options include die handling, load monitoring, automatic transfer and automatic lubrication equipment.
